The Bort SOFT thumb splint (short) is an orthosis for immobilising the thumb base joint and saddle joint.

After operations, after injuries and for degenerative or inflammatory conditions, e.g. arthritis, ligament injuries of the thumb, late stage after tendon reconstruction or rhizarthrosis.

How to use

Slide the orthosis over the wrist and place the thumb in the thumb tube. Then close the closure at the thumb and the closure at the wrist; the firmness can be adjusted continuously with the hook-and-loop closure. Agree on use and wearing time with your doctor. Do not wear on open wounds.
