Curaprox Perio Plus Support CHX 0.09% is a medical toothpaste specifically developed to support oral hygiene in individuals at increased risk of gum disease. It contains 0.09% chlorhexidine (CHX) and the natural active ingredient CITROX®, a bioflavonoid extract from bitter oranges that has strong antibacterial properties. In addition, hyaluronic acid promotes gum regeneration, while sodium fluoride prevents tooth decay. The toothpaste is free of sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and alcohol, making it particularly gentle on the oral mucosa. For effective use, it is recommended to use this toothpaste twice daily in place of your regular toothpaste, ideally in combination with a suitable mouthwash. Please note that while using this product, you should avoid consuming foods and beverages that can stain teeth, such as coffee, tea, or red wine, to minimize potential discoloration. The toothpaste is available in a 75-ml tube.
