The DermaPlast Active Hot & Cold gel compress in the size 13 x 14 cm is reusable and can be used for either cold or heat application as needed. It comes with a protective cover.

Use and notes

Cold: freeze the compress for up to two hours at a maximum of -18 °C. Heat: warm it in water up to 80 °C for about 4 minutes or in a 600 W microwave for 2 minutes. Never place it directly on the skin, always use a cloth in between. Use for no more than 20 minutes, then take a break of at least 30 minutes. Do not use if the compress is damaged; heating it too long or too strongly may cause it to burst. In case of heart, circulatory or diabetic conditions, consult a doctor first. Not for children under 3 years. For external use only.
