Birch Arnica Body Oil refreshes with its minty, lemony fragrance and preserves the skin’s moisture with jojoba oil, leaving it soft and supple. The formula with medicinal plant extracts activates the skin’s metabolism and stimulates circulation. It gently warms tense muscles and strained joints. To make the body oil, strengthening birch leaves and arnica, invigorating burdock root and nettle are blended with sunflower oil from certified organic cultivation and left to mature for one week using a special rhythmic process. During this phase, the mixtures are warmed to 37 °C—the human body temperature. The mixtures are carefully stirred morning and evening. This allows the full power of the medicinal plants to infuse into the oil. The body oil spreads most evenly on damp skin. The resulting water-oil emulsion can penetrate the skin more easily without drying it out.

How to use
