Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, so it is advisable to consume them daily. These omega-3 fatty acids are particularly abundant in deep-sea fish. Since not everyone eats fish every day or can follow the recommendation of the German Nutrition Society to eat fish two to three times a week, one option is to take omega-3 fatty acids from North Sea fish in capsule form. One capsule daily, containing 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, corresponds to two to three fish meals per week. An optimal combination is obtained with the unsaturated fatty acids from borage and cold-water fish.
How to use:
