Durafiber Ag Pro from Smith & Nephew is a gel-forming fibre dressing containing silver. It is intended for wounds at risk of infection or already colonised.

Properties

• Gel-forming fibre dressing with high absorption capacity
• Contains silver with antimicrobial action
• Vertical fluid absorption limits spreading and the risk of maceration of the surrounding skin
• Forms a stable gel and has good wet strength
• For moderately to heavily exuding wounds

Size and contents

Size 5cm x 5cm. The pack contains 10 sterile dressings. A secondary dressing is needed for fixation.
