Directions for use:

For optimal effectiveness of the lactic acid bacteria, at least 3 Ellen Probiotic Tampons per day should be used on 3 days of menstruation. The tampon should remain in the vagina for at least 2 hours and no longer than 8 hours. Follow the package leaflet.

Do not flush used tampons down the toilet; dispose of them with household waste. After opening, store in a dry place at between +2° C and +25° C.
