Foot pads, to protect the ball of the foot

The COMFORTACT PLUS ball-of-foot cushions are designed to protect the forefoot from pressure. At the ball of the foot, the EPITHELIUM 26 silicone gel module with a “bump effect” ensures comfort and optimal pressure distribution. The bridge, which conforms to the natural shape of the big toe, prevents irritation between the toes and ensures maximum comfort. The exclusive fit and the fabric’s lasting elasticity optimize support for the foot.

You can wear the cushion even in tighter shoes.
