“Kayu-puthi” means “white wood” in Malay. Cajeput is helpful for winter ailments and promotes clear breathing. Steam distillation of the leaves of this extremely robust, organically farmed tree from Vietnam produces an essential oil that is an important ingredient in many ointments and balms. Thanks to its lower 1,8-cineole content, the essence of organic cajeput is milder than eucalyptus oil.
The essential oil is CERES-certified.
