Type and duration of use

GeloTonsil Gargle is ready to use and is used undiluted for gargling. Use a tablespoon for measuring. Gargle with undiluted GeloTonsil® gargle for about 30 seconds. Then spit out GeloTonsil® gargle and do not rinse. Accidentally swallowing small amounts of GeloTonsil® gargle is harmless.

The recommended amount for gargling is 1 tablespoon (10 - 15 ml) 3 times a day. Avoid eating or drinking for about an hour after use so that the protective film adheres optimally.
