Groovia Stevia Powder is the perfect natural alternative to regular sugar. Made from high-quality stevia extract, it offers a calorie-free sweetness that’s ideal for a health-conscious diet. The powder is versatile and works great for sweetening beverages, baked goods, and meals.

GrooVia is a combination of high-quality steviol glycosides and erythritol as a carrier. Its consistency is very similar to that of sugar, but it is four times as sweet. The steviol glycoside used is a product containing 60% rebaudioside A with a total purity of >97% steviol glycosides. Erythritol is used as the carrier in GrooVia so that you can use a daily sweetener that is completely safe for your health and suitable for all applications. Steviol glycosides have a sweetness up to 450 times that of sugar. This makes it quite difficult to measure out the right amount. Furthermore, because of this high sweetness, baked goods simply lack the bulk of sugar. Erythritol is an ideal filler. It is safe for your health, calorie-free, and approved as a natural food additive in Switzerland and the EU.

Application

• GrooVia is suitable for people with diabetes.
• Based on the ADI value for steviol glycosides, the following dosage recommendation applies: the maximum daily dose is 1.7 g of GrooVia per kg of body weight. For an adult weighing 75 kg, this would correspond to 127.5 g of GrooVia. 1 teaspoon of GrooVia (approximately 8 g) has the same sweetness as about 32 g of sugar.
