As a laxative against constipation, against calf cramps in case of increased need for magnesium, to inhibit labor activity and as a pharmaceutical excipient.
Dosage
dissolve 33 g in 1 l of water and keep refrigerated in glass bottles. In case of calf cramps take 20 ml daily in the morning.
Good to know
Due to its laxative effect, magnesium chloride may interfere with the absorption of various drugs.
