The Hartmann MedProtect film in a foam applicator forms a transparent, breathable, and waterproof protective film on the skin that lasts for up to 72 hours. It protects vulnerable skin in cases of incontinence, around a stoma, or at the wound edge. The formula is alcohol-free and does not sting.

Application

Clean the skin and allow it to dry completely. Remove the applicator from the pouch and apply the film evenly. Allow to dry for about 30 seconds before applying dressings; reapply at every dressing change.

Notes

Do not use on inflamed skin or as the sole barrier for deep wounds. Flammable in liquid form: use only in well-ventilated areas and away from open flames. Keep skin folds separated until dry. Store in a dry place out of the reach of children. Medical device. Please follow the instructions for use.
