In everyday life, plain water is usually enough for the intimate area. But there are days when you want a little extra care: during your period, after exercising, on hot days, after sex or when travelling. That is exactly what HERA Organics' 2-in-1 soap is designed for.

The solid soap is made without a traditional soap base and cleanses with mild sugar-based surfactants. This makes it much gentler than conventional soaps, prevents dryness and supports your skin's natural balance. Aloe vera moisturises, chamomile soothes and panthenol nourishes. Lactobacillus ferment and inulin also provide microbiome-friendly care.

At the same time, the soap is perfect for cleaning your menstrual sponge between uses during your period. Residue is gently removed without putting strain on the natural material.

Sponge care tip

The soap is intended for cleaning between uses during your period. For thorough cleaning before and after your cycle, we also recommend the HERA cleaning tablets.

It's that easy

1. Briefly wet the soap under warm water.
2. Lather it up or rub the sponge over it once or twice.
3. Clean the external intimate area or sponge and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
4. Hang the soap in the mesh bag and leave it to dry.
