The handy companion for when you're on the go: Change your menstrual sponge wherever you are, safely, hygienically and discreetly, even without a sink in the restroom stall.

Description:

Whether you're on the go, at the office, traveling, or at the gym: With the HERA To-Go Cup, changing your sponge while you're out and about is a breeze. The foldable silicone To-Go Cup can be folded flat and fits easily into any handbag or gym bag. You can store your used sponge safely and odor-free inside it until you can clean it at home at your leisure.

Your benefits at a glance:

• Compact & foldable: fits discreetly in any bag
• High-quality material: food-safe silicone, BPA-free, and vegan
• Durable: can be reused for years
• Hygienic: leak-proof storage, dishwasher-safe
• Travel-friendly: ideal for carry-on luggage and public restrooms

Here's how it works:

1. Preparation: Bring a clean sponge in a hygiene bag.
2. Moisten: Wash your hands, briefly dampen the fresh sponge, and squeeze it out so that it becomes soft and pliable.
3. Replacement: In the stall, remove the used sponge, place it in the To-Go Cup, and insert the fresh sponge.
4. Cleaning: Rinse the sponge at home, ideally with HERA 2-in-1 Intimate and Sponge Soap. Wash the cup in the dishwasher occasionally.

Pairs perfectly with: HERA menstrual sponges, HERA cleansing tabs, and the 2-in-1 intimate and sponge soap.
