The deer's-tongue elixir is one of Hildegard von Bingen's “universal potions,” which, according to her teachings, should be used in many everyday situations. In addition to deer's-tongue fern, the potion consists of wine, honey, cinnamon, and long pepper. The literature also recommends taking it as part of a treatment regimen lasting up to 6 weeks. Free of synthetic additives and artificial preservatives; naturally gluten-free.
Application
Recommended intake: Take ½ liqueur glass (½ liqueur glass = approx. 25 ml) 3 times a day, before and after each meal.
