The Holle organic breastfeeding tea can be used towards the end of pregnancy and throughout the entire breastfeeding period. The selected organic herbs caraway, lemon balm and fenugreek seeds in our harmonious tea preparation are suitable for the fluid balance of breastfeeding mothers.

Directions for use:

Pour approx. 200 ml of fresh, boiling water over the infusion bag and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Then remove the infusion bag and allow to cool slightly before drinking.
