Application

Gently warm the compress in its packaging on a warm hot water bottle or over steam until it becomes pliable. Remove the compress from the packaging and place it directly on the chest or back. Cover it first with gauze, then with a woolen cloth, and secure it with a bandage or the adhesive strips. Leave the compress on overnight or for a maximum of 12 hours. It can be reused two to three times. The application is the same for children ages 3 and older and for adults. In sensitive individuals, the medicinal plants used may cause local irritation, which disappears after treatment. A compress can be used two to three times.
