Hydrocoll Classic thin is a self-adhesive, absorbent hydrocolloid dressing with a special polyurethane film that is impermeable to germs and water, but at the same time allows water vapor to pass through. When wound exudate is absorbed, a gel is formed which creates a moist wound environment and thus supports the healing process. This gel remains absorbent until the hydrocolloids are saturated, thus promoting the formation of granulation tissue and epithelialization.

Hydrocoll thin is characterized by its particularly low absorption capacity and thin consistency. It is particularly suitable for the epithelialization phase, when the skin is already beginning to close. The dressing is sterile, individually packaged and easy to apply. Thanks to its flexibility, it adapts perfectly to the skin and offers reliable protection against external influences.
