The HydroTac® Comfort wound dressing, measuring 12.5 x 12.5 cm, is a sterile, hydrophilic foam dressing that provides optimal care for both dry and moist wounds. It features a circumferential hypoallergenic adhesive border that enables secure, germ-tight fixation.

Key features:

• Material: Absorbent foam with a wound-facing mesh-like hydrogel layer and a water-vapor-permeable, liquid- and germ-tight polyurethane backing film.
• Function: Quickly absorbs excess wound exudate without drying out the wound. For relatively dry wounds, the hydrogel releases moisture and supports the formation and maintenance of a moist wound environment, thereby promoting granulation and epithelialization.
• Application: Suitable for treating low to moderately exuding wounds in the granulation and epithelialization phases, such as leg ulcers, diabetic foot syndrome, and pressure ulcers. Also suitable for treating burns up to degree 2a and for caring for split-thickness skin graft donor sites following adequate hemostasis.
