Applications

• Alkaline Full Bath: For an alkaline full bath, you’ll need three capfuls or three tablespoons of MeineBase. We recommend a bath temperature of 36–38 °C and a duration of at least 30 minutes. For a full bath for a child (approximately 20 liters), we recommend half a capful or one teaspoon of MeineBase.
• Alkaline Foot Bath: For a foot bath tub, you’ll need half a capful or one teaspoon of MeineBase. We recommend a water temperature of 38–41 °C and a duration of at least 30 minutes.
• Alkaline Hand Bath: To prepare a hand bath, add half a capful or one teaspoon of MeineBase to a bowl of water.
• Alkaline Steam Bath: To use MeineBase in a steam bath, start by sweating for about five minutes. Then apply a small amount of MeineBase to your body and gently massage the salt into your skin. Sweat for another ten minutes, then rinse off with a shower.
• MeineBase can also be mixed with honey for a particularly intensive treatment. To do this, stir together one tablespoon of MeineBase, one to two tablespoons of liquid honey, and a little water to form a spreadable paste. Apply this to your body after a few minutes of sweating, let it sit for another 10–15 minutes, and rinse it off with water after the steam bath.
• Alkaline Inhalation: Pour 1.5–2 liters of boiling water into a bowl, then add half a capful or one teaspoon of MeineBase. Depending on your needs, you can inhale the steam two to three times a day for two to three minutes.
• Alkaline Deodorant: Mix a pinch of MeineBase with a little water in the palm of your hand. Apply this solution to your underarms after washing them with soap, and let it dry.
• Alkaline Dental Care: Dissolve some MeineBase in water in a toothbrush cup, and dip your toothbrush into it. Then apply a fluoride-free toothpaste and brush your teeth as usual.
• Massage: Use a high-quality skin oil and mix it with MeineBase. Apply the skin oil, then use the palm of your hand to pick up some of the alkaline salt from a plate and gently massage it into your skin.

Dosage

The lid of the package serves as both a closure and a handy measuring aid. There are two markings on the top. If you fill the lid up to the outer marking, this is equivalent to one tablespoon. Filling it up to the inner marking is equivalent to one teaspoon.
