Application

The primary application is overnight on specific reflex zones on the soles of the feet. It is recommended that you thoroughly clean your feet of creams, oils, etc. Dry your feet well after cleaning.

• Remove the larger strip from the fixing patch and take the herbal patch out of its protective film.
• Place the herbal patch with the labeled side in the center of the prepared fixing patch, with the white side facing up.
• Now remove the second strip from the fixing patch and distribute the powder evenly throughout the herbal patch by gently shaking it.
• You can now apply the herbal patch to your feet or the desired area of your body.
