How to use

Choose the right size; if in doubt, go smaller. Wash your hands, push back the cuticles with the stick and wipe the nails with the prep pad. Peel off the backing, place the nail in the centre and press for 30 seconds, doing the thumbs last. Avoid water and filing for at least one hour. To remove, do not pull the nails off; soak them in warm soapy water or oil and gently lift from the side.
