Marakura Shiro Miso Shiro Miso is a young variety of miso with a very mild, almost sweet flavor. To achieve this result, industrial products often rely on additives such as sugar, artificial sweeteners, and bleaching agents. Naturally, none of these ingredients are found in Lima’s Shiro Miso, which owes its mildness to amazake and contains twice as much koji, making its nutrients particularly easy to absorb. Usage
