Application

5 g of rosehip powder per day. This is equivalent to 2 measuring spoons (included in the package) or 6 capsules of 835 mg each. LitoFlex can be taken all at once in the morning or divided into two doses, each taken with a meal. If needed, it is advisable to increase the amount to 10 g per day. LitoFlex capsules are best taken with 2–3 dl of liquid. The seeds swell. For rose hips, long-term, daily use is recommended.
