Information:

30 minutes before the measurement, eating, Rauching, drinking, bathing and strenuous sporting activities should be avoided. It is advisable to remain relaxed for about five minutes before each measurement in order to minimize measurement deviations. To be able to compare the values besshe blood pressure should ideally always be measured at the same time of day. If several measurements are taken, there should be a five-minute break between each one. The WHO classification table in the instructions for use is available for a more detailed evaluation of the measured values.

Application:

1. Place the cuff around the upper arm and position the lower edge 2-3 cm obabove the bend of the Ellenarch. The air tube should run along the inside of the arm.
2. Sit comfortably upright and keep the center of the cuff at He rzheight. Take the weight off your arms and back and support them, place your feet flat on the floor, do not cross your legs. The measurement can also be taken while lying down, but the cuff must always remain at He rzheight.
3. Press the on/off button. When all the symbols light up, the device automatically starts to inflate the cuff. The measurement then starts, the measurement symbol flashes and the cuff pressure slowly drops.
4. Sit upright during the measurement and do not talk or move to avoid measurement errors. Movements are indicated by a symbol on the display - in this Fall please measure again.
5. After completion, the device deflates the cuff completely and displays the blood pressure and pulse rate. The monitor can be switched off by pressing the button or switches off automatically after 30 seconds. The measured values are saved automatically. The cuff can now be removed.
