Serving Suggestions

This, of course, varies depending on the intended use. It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon (2 cl) of Swedish Bitters, diluted with water, once in the morning and once in the evening.

There are numerous ways to use it externally, which are described in detail in the book *Health from God's Pharmacy*. In any case, it is advisable to consult a doctor if you experience symptoms of illness—taking Swedish Bitters is not a substitute for this.
