Mepitel One is a soft, single-sided adhesive wound spacer mesh with Safetac technology that minimizes pain rzduring dressing changes. The soft silicone adhesion ensures that the dressing rests gently on the skin without sticking to the moist wound. This enables rzfree removal without damaging the skin or disturbing the sensitive tissue.

Thanks to the open mesh structure, the Mepitel One efficiently transfers the wound exudate to a secondary dressing, such as the Mextra Superabsorbent. This facilitates topical treatments and enables the secondary dressing to be changed without interrupting the healing process. It also seals the wound edges, reducing the risk of leakage and maceration.
