Mepore Film is a self-adhesive film dressing that is ideal for use as a secondary fixation dressing to cover hydrogel or alginate dressings. It can also be used on a variety of clean wounds in the granulation phase. Mepore Film is permeable to air and thus prevents maceration of the wound.

It is also easy to apply, even when wearing gloves. As it is transparent, the wound environment can be checked pr oblemlessly.
