The Mepore Film & Pad is a breathable, transparent and self-adhesive film dressing with an absorbent wound pad. It has been specially developed for low to moderately exuding wounds such as surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions. The flexible and transparent film allows easy inspection of the wound, while the waterproof protective layer allows showering.

Thanks to its gentle, slightly adhesive wound contact layer, the dressing enables rzfree removal and reduces skin irritation. The film also provides a protective barrier against viruses and bacteria (over 25 nm) to minimize the risk of infection.
