Highly absorbent dressing with an exudate barrier. Mesorb is a soft, highly absorbent dressing that can absorb large amounts of exudate. The fluid-repellent protective layer prevents external wound contamination and protects clothing and bed linen from exudate leakage. Since the protective layer also covers the sides of the wound dressing, it prevents fluid from leaking out at the sides as well.

Application

Mesorb is intended for moderately to heavily exuding wounds. You can use it as a primary dressing directly on the wound. When extreme absorbency is required, it can also be used as a secondary dressing together with Melgisorb Plus or Mepitel and Mepitel One.
