Highly absorbent dressing with an exudate barrier. Mesorb is a soft, highly absorbent dressing that can absorb large amounts of exudate. The liquid-repellent protective layer prevents external contamination of the wound and protects clothing and bed linen from exudate seepage. Since the protective layer also covers the sides of the wound dressing, it also prevents liquid from seeping through the sides.

Application

Mesorb is intended for moderately to heavily exuding wounds. You can use it as a primary dressing directly on the wound. If extremely high absorbency is required, you can also use it as a secondary dressing together with Melgisorb Plus or Mepitel and Mepitel One.
