The needle-free intravenous connector offers effective protection against the penetration of bacteria and reduces the risk of bloodstream infections (HA-BSI). The transparent design allows for easy visual inspection. With a closed female luer connection, it is compatible with alcohol, fluids, chlorhexidine and chemotherapy.

The dead volume is only 0.04 ml and the flow rate at gravity reaches 165 ml/min. The connector is blood compatible, MRI compatible and suitable for high pressure up to 10 ml/sec, making it versatile.
