Modifast Vanilla Cream is a powder for a vanilla-flavored cream that replaces a meal as part of a low-calorie diet for weight loss. The portion is rich in protein and enriched with vitamins and minerals.

Recommended intake

Stir the contents of the sachet into 200 ml of cold water. Stir vigorously with a whisk or mixer, or dissolve in a shaker, and let thicken for approx. 3 minutes.

Notes

Intended exclusively for overweight and obese adults who wish to reduce their weight. Should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children or adolescents, or people with health conditions, except on medical advice. Drink at least 2 liters of liquid daily (water, unsweetened tea). Four sachets per day provide the necessary nutrients.
