Directions

1. Wash your hands. Select the desired quantity and energy density of the prepared product from the dosage table. 2. Pour boiled water that has cooled to room temperature into a clean container. 3. Measure out the desired amount of powder using the enclosed scoop. 4. Add the powder to the water and stir vigorously immediately. 5. After use, store the scoop in the can as shown. Quantity of prepared product :- 250ml, 250kcal : 210ml water, 6 scoops (=50g) powder- 250ml, 375kcal : 190ml water, 9 scoops (75g) powder- 1000ml, 1000kcal : 850ml water, 24 scoops (=200g) powder- 1000ml, 1500kcal : 750ml water, 36 scoops (=300g) powderOne level scoop: 8.3 g.CAUTION: Do not change the water/powder ratio. Follow the instructions for use or your doctor’s instructions.

Notes

Store unopened in a cool, dry place. After opening, use the contents of the can within 4 weeks. When used as an oral nutritional supplement: consume the prepared drink immediately or, if covered, use within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours when refrigerated. Best served chilled. When used as tube feeding: Pour the prepared product into a sterile enteral administration set with an empty bag and administer within 4 hours.
