Preparation:

• Stir the mixture vigorously into 5 dl of cold whole milk. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Whip the cream briefly again before serving.
• Serve immediately.
• After the first stir, the caramelized sugar may not have completely dissolved yet (small dark specks). Most of these will dissolve during the second beating.
