Caramel Pudding
Preparation
- Divide the caramel sugar among the molds.
- Stir the pudding mix into 750 ml of hot milk. Simmer gently for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the mixture into the molds prepared with caramelized sugar and refrigerate.
- Do not turn out the caramel cups until just before serving, when they are still cold.
- For 8 dl of pudding
