Preparation:

• Pour the contents of the package into a bowl, add 670 ml of boiling water, mix quickly, and let it soak for about 15 minutes. Mix gently once more and form into balls with damp hands.
• Pan: Fill a skillet with plenty of oil and heat it. Fry the falafel over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the falafel from the pan and gently pat dry with paper towels. Let rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
• Deep fryer: Heat the oil to 160°C. Fry the falafel for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the falafel from the deep fryer and pat lightly with paper towels. Let rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
