Gluten-free, high in fiber and protein. Much more than just a tasty alternative to meat: Delicious veggie patties that are quick and easy to prepare. Perfect as a side dish for a variety of meals.
Preparation
Makes about 15 balls. Add the contents of the package to 200 ml of boiling water. Let soak for 15 minutes. Stir gently once more and, with moistened hands, form teaspoon-sized balls. Skillet: Fill a skillet with plenty of oil and heat it up. Fry the balls over medium heat. Deep fryer: Heat the oil to 160°C and fry the balls for about 5 minutes.
