Preparation
Stir the contents of the package thoroughly into 200 ml of boiling water. Let it soak for 15 minutes. Stir gently once more and, with damp hands, shape into patties about 1 cm thick. Skillet: Fill a skillet with plenty of oil and heat it up. Fry the patties over medium heat until golden brown. Deep fryer: Heat the oil to 160°C. Deep-fry the patties for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
