Preparation:

Stir the contents thoroughly into 670 ml of boiling water.
Let it soak for 15 minutes.
Give it another quick stir, then use damp hands to shape the mixture into patties about 1 cm thick.
Skillet: Fill a skillet with plenty of oil and heat it up. Cook the burgers over medium heat until golden brown.
Deep fryer: Heat the oil to 160°C. Fry the burgers for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
