How to use

Pour 5 to 10 drops directly into the mouth daily. Keep in the mouth for a few seconds and allow to be absorbed through the mucous membranes. Alternatively, stir into juice, tea, smoothie or porridge. Take before going to bed. After 8 weeks, a break of 1 to 2 weeks is recommended.
