The oil extracted from cilantro seeds has a flavor with floral, citrusy notes that only slightly resembles that of fresh cilantro. Cilantro seed oil pairs wonderfully, for example, with the flavor of citrus fruits as well as with olives or olive oil. Another culinary highlight is a drop of cilantro oil on fresh goat cheese. Cilantro oil can also be used in body and oral care—diluted, mixed, or undiluted—such as for nasal cleansing with a neti pot. The built-in pipette allows for easy handling and the drop-by-drop application of NaturKraftWerke’s intensely flavorful cilantro oil.
