Discover a real rarity from Italy: Senatore Cappelli, a historic durum wheat variety with character. This high-quality organic durum wheat semolina in wholemeal quality delights with its intense aroma and spicy, aromatic flavour. It is not without reason that it is known as the queen of durum wheat varieties. The particularly finely ground semolina, also known as semola rimacinata, has a flour-like consistency and is ideal for a wide variety of baked goods and pasta creations. Thanks to its comparatively high protein content and reduced gluten content, it is an appreciated choice for conscious connoisseurs.
