Calogen is a fat emulsion based on plant fats that allows you to quickly and easily enrich meals with additional energy. Calogen is available in a neutral-flavor version that is ideal for enriching savory dishes such as cream soups and light sauces, and for use as a substitute for coffee creamer. Directions for use
