Baking mix for protein brownie muffins with chocolate flavor. Add water, stir and bake! HI PROTEIN BROWNIE offers one of the best combinations of traditional taste, modern recipe and an element of protein-rich nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

Preparation:

mix 1 portion (50g = 1 1/2 scoops) with approx. 80 ml water until smooth. Pour the prepared batter into the muffin tins up to 3/4 of the height of the baking tin (1 portion of baking mix is sufficient for 3 muffin tins). Bake for approx. 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 170-180°C (or until the wooden stick is dry). The baking time and baking temperature depend on the muffin tins used (paper, silicone, metal) and the properties of the oven. After baking, remove the muffins from the oven and leave to cool.
