Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein, Creamy Vanilla (1818g)

Sometimes it is advantageous for a protein to be digested slowly. While a fast-digesting whey protein is ideal before or after training, the micellar casein in 100% Casein Gold Standard covers the need for amino acids over several hours. Caseins are sensitive to stomach acid, which causes their breakdown to take twice as long. Because of this delayed effect, they have an anti-catabolic effect, which is crucial for intensively training bodybuilders and athletes to prevent muscle breakdown and optimally boost recovery.

This product provides a reliable structure for your athletic success, so that you feel completely comfortable in your own skin and can master your daily routine optimally. Since the sophisticated formula provides functional support for the body, it can be flexibly integrated into your fitness routine to specifically take your personal performance during intensive workouts to a new level. With this pure, high-quality protein powder, you are opting for a proven nutrient supply that reliably accompanies your athletic goals and optimally supports muscle building and muscle maintenance.

• Premium protein powder based on pure, micellar casein for a long-lasting and continuous supply of important amino acids
• Unique delayed effect due to pH-sensitive digestion in the stomach, ideal as anti-catabolic protection before bedtime or during the day
