Ortopad eye patches are made of a soft, breathable nonwoven fabric with a special light-blocking insert and a hypoallergenic hot-melt adhesive. They are manufactured without latex or preservatives, making them safe for daily use even on sensitive skin. “Hot-melt” refers to temperature-sensitive adhesives, while “pressure-sensitive” means the adhesive reacts to pressure. This means that the adhesive on the eye patches is activated by light pressure, and body heat ensures that the patch stays securely in place without any tugging or pinching. What’s especially pleasant for young patch wearers is that the adhesive can be removed completely painlessly and without leaving any residue. The different sizes (Junior, Medium, and Regular) ensure a perfect fit.
In addition to the skin-colored eye patches, each package of Ortopad Skin contains 24 colored stickers and 24 solid-color stickers for coloring.
