Phytomed Black Seed Oil Capsules contain 500 mg of pure organic black seed oil obtained by cold pressing in a vegetable capsule shell. Black seed oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids (50.0–65.0% linoleic acid). Linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid that the human body cannot produce itself. Linoleic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid.

Recommended intake

Take 1–2 capsules 3 times daily with plenty of liquid.
