Phytomed Flaxseed Oil + K2 Capsules contain 500 mg of pure organic flaxseed oil obtained by cold pressing and vitamin K2 in a vegetable capsule shell.

Flaxseed oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids from the omega-3 group (35.0–65.0% alpha-linolenic acid, ALA).

ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Recommended intake

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with plenty of liquid.
